That is definitely frustrating. I am sorry that you got caught in a loop like that. I think I know what's happening though. We actually have two accounts for your email address. One ends in 979 and the other in 387. As an admin, I can see that the account ending in 387 is still signed up to receive a monthly newsletter.
I think that the auto-unsubscribe feature is a little confused since your email is in there 2 times. Something is not quite working right with the Marketo integration in your case.
I recommend that you log in and update your email subscription settings from your profile for now. Additionally, I will make sure that the marketing team can see this issue so that they can work on a solution for this.
I am also sharing this with our support operations team to see why you were not allowed to file a ticket. It's possible the two accounts are also getting muddled there. In the future, the best way to file a ticket is through https://support.newrelic.com/ when you are logged into your primary account.
