Apologies for the delay, I am not sure what happened here but I have followed up internally and one of our team will reach out to you soon.

Hi - Still nothing.

I have received another email in the meantime asking if I would like to have the free account forever (answer = yes) but when I click the "Get Started"button in the email, it is prompting me to create an account, not change an existing one.

All help is appreciated.
