User Permissions for New Relic One

The administrators get the following message in New Relic One even though they have permissions in Legacy New Relic UI.

" You don’t have access to this area
It looks like you don’t have access to manage
users on our New Relic One user model."

How to port over permission without doing it manually?

@juan.sidberry Porting over permission is something our account management team can help you with since there are some critical steps that are needed to ensure is done correctly. You should receive an email from them soon.
