When entering my account login, I do not get redirected to my company's SSO

Hi, my company has set up logins through SSO with New Relic, but my account does not get redirected to it when I enter my email. I believe that my account needs to be reset to proceed.

I would like to contact someone directly with this, as it would not be appropriate to list my username and company on an open wiki.

@brian.liddle I DM you regarding your other account issue. Is this the same request?
