When you can't access some admin features and the owner of your Account has a domain

We’re facing a similar issue, can I get admin access on these:




@rich9 - I’ve opened up a ticket for you to work with our Account Experts on this.



Same issue here for the following 3 accounts:

Could all users be upgraded to Admin please?
