Support posted on another topic I created, but I never received an emailed response when you replied – why? Does this forum not send emailed responses to threads created by the OP? note, I’m not interested in browser notifications, specifically need emails to be sent when an agent replies to a support ticket

By default, Community Users’ User Preferences are set to email users for any replies. Below is actually a screenshot of the New Relic community admin settings to say that by default emails are enabled:
It looks like your user preferences have been altered from default, such that your settings are that you should not receive any emails.
You can update those settings here in your preferences page: https://discuss.newrelic.com/u/timw1/preferences/emails - so that going forward you do get emails.
