Account access issue

Hello Support,
Please help me to fix my account login issue. as of now when we login into the account it’s asking for verifying the email each time and showing 2 Org. into the account.
1 is not working
2. the second one is working where my team members also added.
So please request to you please remove the default which is not working and keep only which is working and my team members are added.

  1. There are 2 accounts linked to your email. Account id 3001629 which has many users in the account. However the second account has no account id as its setup processes was not completed by you.

  2. To proceed with accessing that account please follow this link.

  3. Once you have completed the accounts setup you will be able to delete the account by following the below steps, which are sharing in docs and posts;
