Alerts not sending via Email

Email alerts are only sending to one of our users, whenever I try to do a test notification to anyone else. No emails are sent.

Hi @goran.kolonic - Have you verified that the emails are not being held up by spam filters at your end? The emails are sent from alert@newrelic.com

@stefan_garnham - It’s possible that the email was placed on our suppression list due to a previous hard bounce. I have opened a support ticket for you in order to verify this. Someone should be in touch with you soon.

It is not me who requires the support ticket but @goran.kolonic :crazy_face:
