Cannot disable/re-enable a condition for an alert policy

  • Please describe what are you seeing:

I’ve removed a couple servers from our AWS infrastructure, which led to an alert of our downtime policy. I’ve read that you are supposed to disable / re-enable the condition for the policy to remove the alerts, but when I click on a condition it leads to an error page.

  • How does this differ from what were you expecting to see?

I’d expect to be able to disable and re-enable the policies per this page:

  • If you aren’t seeing expected alert or data, please provide a link to the incident or violation (policy, condition, data app etc.)
