Can't change email

I’ve tried multiple times to change my email in user preferences

It says that I’ll receive a mail to continue but I never have one (even in spam)

How can I do ? (it’s not an sso/saml email)

To ensure you get New Relic emails, you can add the following to your organization’s allow list of trusted email sources: and * This helps to:

  • Prevent New Relic emails from being trapped in your spam filters.
  • Prevent your email from being added to suppression lists.

Additionally for updating emails please ensure you are following the New Relic doc Change your email address.
