Data not coming even after adding IP - Firewall Issue

Hi,

I am using Digital Ocean cloud provider. I have added below IP in the New Rlic but still data is not pushing from my server to newrlc.

  1. 162.247.240.0/22 185.221.84.0/22
    1. Port - 80 and 443
  2. Type- Outbound and Inbound

My Firewall rule is working perfect except with newrlic

What New Relic product or agent are you installing? For instance, PHP, Java, Infrastructure, etc ? There are some specific instructions for language agents. For instance, Java requires Basic Authentication. If we know what you are installing then we can better direct you. :slight_smile:
