Email Alerts not being Sent

Hi. I need help. I am not receiving notifications by e-mail


It looks like the domain you mentioned had multiple suppressions on it including yours! They were all suppressed due to Hard Bouncing. I went ahead and removed all the emails from the suppression list so you should be good now :slight_smile:

Make sure to take a look at the post @hross mentioned above. It’ll help to prevent these issues in the future!

I’m having the exact same issue, it was fixed before but only for a short while.
We are using office365 and the domains are added tot the whitelist, so I don’t see why this fails.

Could you remove my email from the suppression list?

I can receive the “Test email alert from New Relic” but I can’t receive any notification.

You’re able to get the test notification and I don’t see your email address on the suppression list. Have a look at this advice in this post and check your spam filters to make sure the notifications aren’t getting swallowed.


We need some help. We are also having issues receiving alerts. Can you check to see if we are on the suppression list?


@dougf - Hey! I took a look but can’t find you on any of our suppression lists. Could you send back a link to the alert incidents you haven’t been getting notifications from?

Turns out you were on the suppression list, @Rituparna.Mitra, for “repetitive soft bounces”. I couldn’t get any more info since that was back in December 2016.

I took you off of the suppression list and I recommend that you look into this on your side asap these bounces don’t keep happening.

Few folks in the domain are still not getting the alert emails. Did you took off only my email address out of the suppression list or the entire domain? if you didn’t already, Can you please take all the email addresses from the domain out of suppression list? Thanks!

Also I am seeing emails coming from random email addresses(for e.g. because of which emails are getting blocked. Can this be taken care of please?
Can you send us the list of IPs we could whitelist for uninterrupted email flow?

That email is now off the suppression list. I’m going to redact the email text in your message, as this is a public forum we would rather that not be the cause of your address being spammed. :laughing:

I am trying to send alert email to a distribution list. The messages shows successful, but we dont get the email alert.
Individual users are getting the email notification, but not the DL
