How to create a single Synthetic monitor for an endpoint at multiple node levels?

I am monitoring a health check endpoint with a Load balancer URL using synthetic monitor.
I also want to monitor the same endpoint on the 15 nodes behind the Load balancer.

I can create 15 individual synthetic monitors for that but I want to monitor all of them with a single monitor.

How can I achieve that?

Thank you @philweber this fulfills my requirement. But, one question does the Synthetic check fail if atleast one node endpoint fails?

In the example linked above, the script asserts that the number of failures is zero. If that assertion fails, the script fails.
