"No alert conditions set up"

In our New Relic account our services now have a grey box next to them. When I hover on the box I get the message “No alert conditions set up”

Our servers are reporting fine into New Relic and I do have alert conditions set up and configured with a notification channel.


This affects both NRQL and synthetic


Even if I create a new alert it is still showing a grey box
Is there a reason why this suddenly happened and how I can resolve it?

Hello @lisbon67 - Hope you are well. It looks like you are using a NRQL alert condition. In order for the traffic light to change from grey, your NRQL query must somehow scope to that application. So you must use something like WHERE appName = 'Web' in your filter or FACET by appName.
