Orphaned Alerts Incident - Unable to remove via Alerts UI or API

Hi there,

I’ve got an orphaned Synthetics incident that has been open for 344d 2hr 12m that I’m unable to remove, either through the Alerts interface or the API explorer. I manually closed all of the violations (failed locations) and even removed the Alert policy, it isn’t going away.

The response when I use the API explorer:
