[PHP] Plesk Extension: No data reported

Good morning,

I have recently installed New Relic Plesk extension, APM and Infrastructure. Agent is detected and Server data available through the in Infrastructure pane. In APM panel, two new applications are available, (PLESK PHP 7.3 and PLESK PHP 7.2) but for both of them we get the message “No data reporting for this application”. Could please provide some guidance?
