Sum total number of ENIs

I’m running this query:

FROM K8sNodeSample SELECT max(allocatableVpcAmazonawsComPodEni) WHERE instanceType LIKE 'm5.4xlarge' FACET hostname

Which returns the max number of ENIs of each host. Let’s say this query returns 3 hosts with 54 ENIs each. I’d like to sum the number of ENIs of each host in one line (54*3=162) and show as a TIMESERIES graph.

What would be the appropriate query to get it working?

@philweber I’ve read a lot of your answers but I couldn’t find anything that would fit in this case. Maybe you could help a bit here?

Thanks!

Hi, @fred.wynyk3: Try this:

FROM K8sNodeSample
SELECT max(allocatableVpcAmazonawsComPodEni) * uniqueCount(hostname)
WHERE instanceType LIKE 'm5.4xlarge'
TIMESERIES

That did the trick, thanks for the help!
