I am trying to set up my 2nd basic synthetics alert. The first once works fine already.
I get the error ‘exceeds account subscription limits’ even though the totals don’t indicate this (91,360 Remaining total monthly checks).

Is this a bug with your website interface?

Hi there @e.getov - and welcome to the community! Looking at your account, it seems that you are on one of our older plans and do not have a subscription for Synthetics, so you are limited to 50 free ping monitors.
That should explain why you are getting this error message.
You would need to work with your account rep to renew your account on one of our new tiers for full access.
