We have a doubt with our new relic platform. What kind of license do we need to monitoring third party services like Apache? Now, We have Kubernetes and NFS active integrations, but We dont see our Apache server (it resides in old Debian 8 machine, with infra agent installed and mod_status enabled). Its a problem with our license?

There should be no restrictions on monitoring Apache from any kind of account so there should be no issue there.
I would suggest reading this documentation to see if your issue is stems from the installation itself.
